Exchange Policy
At Erum Collection, we do not offer refunds or returns. We only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged or with an incorrect size.
How to Request an Exchange
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if the item is damaged or there is a size discrepancy.
- To report an issue, contact us at erumsaleem180@gmail.com or +92 325 9250806 with your order number and photos of the item.
- Exchanges are only processed for the same article (same design), subject to availability.
Important Notes
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange. Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
